Skudeneshavn
feirer med sin årlige festival
I
dag kan jeg takke Jarle Karlsen, god kollega
og ansvarlig for Salvøy-sidene på nett, for
å ha sendt meg bilderog tips. Selv var jeg på
tur i Ryfylke og på Prekestolen mens SKudenes
feiret. Det rapporteres om nok et meget vellykket
arrangement i Norges best bevarte småby: Skudeneshavn.
I år som i fjor regner de med 5-600 båter, mange
av dem fint
bevarte, gamle trebåter.

 Skudeneshavn
celebrates with the yearly Skude festival
All
south on Karmøy, more than half the way to Stavanger,
we find Skudeneshavn. They call them selves:
"The best preserved small coast town in
Norway". This site has focused this pearl
of a town, with old, traditional white and wooden
houses, many times before. The festival too
focuses on wooden products: Fint
bevarte småbåter.
I
myself was on a vacation ( long wekend) in Ryfylke
and to the Pulpit Rock, while my good collegue
Jarle Karlsen, editor of Salvøy Net. a local
site for a small island community on the west
coast of Karmøy, sendt me some pictures and
information.
I
choose to publish a couple of these. In addition
to that, I focus the festival by linking to
their official pages. They contain a lot of
