Haugalandet
har mange utsiktspunkter. Mange av dem er
blitt mer eller mindre behørig presentert
opp gjennom årene på dette nettstedet. I
denne utgaven viser jeg bilder fra to topper som
gir sjelden god oversikt over omkringliggende
natur og landskap: Hest syd for Liarvåg,
og Hodnafjell ved Grindafjorden. Begge stiller
forholdsvis små krav til de som vil bestige
dem (mindre enn 1 times tur), men gir full
uttelling når du når toppen. Haugalandet
er vakkert og vilt. Hest betyr i denne sammenheng
Høgst - høyeste punkt i et område.

Our
region har lots of view points. trhough
the years since the start in 1998, many
of them has been presented on this site.
Here are two "new" ones, among
the more popular and easiest accessible
"peaks" of Haugalandet: Hest (366m)
and Hodnafjell (325m), both in Tysvær communty,
just east of Haugesund. Depending on your
physical condition, you use 1/2 to 1 hour
to reach these view points. For those of
you knowing some Norwegian, the word hest
( normally means horse) means Highest point
in ea district.
